Consider this...

Kassib et. al., 2024, showed the environment significantly affects emotional, cognitive and behavioural engagement with learning. Colour, light, noise, clutter and comfort are all factors.

The National Audit Office (2023) found a million children learning in schools requiring major refurbishment. The report concluded: ”schools should be adapted to suit the kind of learning that takes place in them.”

...Character education is not just what or how you teach. What if it included the design of internal and external spaces that gave opportunity to experience Character Education throughout the day.

If Character Education is at the heart of your pedagogy, do your learning environments reflect, model and value Character Education?

We have been working with schools across the country to transform their learning spaces inside and out - to reflect their pedagogy. Here’s how it works:

1

We spend a day with you co-planning and talking about the vision for your space, keeping pedagogy, purpose and sustainability at the centre.

2

We then source resources (many free – we focus on a low cost and sustainable approach) and utilise individual skills across your wider school community to pull a team together.

3

Then, in just one day, together - we transform the entire learning space.

This approach is low cost, super-quick (seeing transformation in just one day) and collaborative – so the transformation lasts!
